At Octopus Kraken Watches, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our Return/Refund/Exchange and Warranty Policy below for detailed information on how to process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.


Non-Quality Related Returns/Exchanges

For products purchased on www.octopuskraken.com, you may request a return or exchange within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt (based on the delivery date shown on the logistics document). This applies if:

- You change your mind,

- You ordered the wrong item,

- You found a better price elsewhere,

- The product did not meet your expectations.


Please Note:

- Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange request.

- Unless there is a quality issue, only one exchange or return is allowed per transaction, and exchanges must be for the same style and color of the product.

- Returns/exchanges are only accepted if they meet the "Return Conditions" outlined below and do not fall under the "Non-Returnable Items" section.

- For non-quality-related refunds, bank/PayPal transaction fees will not be refunded.



Quality-Related Returns/Exchanges

For products with quality issues, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Our policy applies only if:

1. The issue is verified by our after-sales service center.

2. The product meets the "Return Conditions" outlined below.


Please Note:

- Damage caused by misuse, third-party repairs, modifications, or other human factors is not considered a quality issue.

- Products purchased with clearly stated defects (e.g., B-grade or identified cosmetic flaws) are not eligible for returns/exchanges based on those defects.

- Minor color differences between product photos and the actual item are not considered quality issues.



Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

1. Be returned within the specified return period.

2. Remain in its original condition (e.g., unused, unaltered, free of stains or cosmetics, with no damage to the product).

3. Have its original packaging intact (including plastic bags or boxes). Do not place tape or labels directly on our watch boxes; instead, place them in another box or bag.

4. Include all accessories, manuals, tags, and labels in their original condition.

5. Include any free gifts received with the purchase. If the gift cannot be returned, we reserve the right to charge you for the gift's value.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

1. Products not purchased through www.octopuskraken.com.

2. Items purchased during special promotions or sales where returns/exchanges are explicitly excluded.

3. Products that have been used, repaired by a third party, damaged, or are otherwise not in resalable condition.

4. Orders without the original electronic invoice or order number.

5. Orders outside the return/exchange period.

6. Products purchased with clearly stated defects that are later cited as reasons for return/exchange.

7. Any other cases where returns/exchanges are not permitted under this policy or applicable laws.


Return/Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@octopuskraken.com. Include the following details in your email:

- Your name,

- Order number,

- Product number,

- Quantity,

- Reason for return/exchange.

Then return the goods at the request of our after-sales department, we will not be responsible for any loss, damage, customs seizure, additional costs and other losses caused by any goods returned without our consent.


Please Note:

- Replacement products will be shipped to the original delivery address. If the address has changed, notify our customer service team in advance.

- You cannot request additional exchanges for the same order until the current exchange process is complete.



Return/Exchange Shipping Instructions

You may request a return label by emailing info@octopuskraken.com. Alternatively, you may ship the product back to us using standard mail, registered mail, or a courier service.


Please Note:

- Returns shipped independently may take 10-20 days to reach our return center. The total return/exchange period will be 50 days from the date you ship the product.

- We recommend insuring your package. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.



Refund Timeline

Once we confirm that the returned product meets all conditions and requirements, we will process your refund within 2 business days.


Refund Deductions

1. If the returned product was part of a bundle purchase for a promotional discount, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund amount.

2. If the returned product was part of a free shipping promotion, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from your refund.

3. For non-quality-related returns/exchanges, we will deduct the original shipping fee ($25) and a 5% bank fee from the refund amount.

4. No shipping fees will be deducted if the item is delayed, damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.



Refund Processing Time

Refunds may take 10-15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment platform. If the return does not meet our conditions, we will contact you and return the product at your expense.



Warranty Policy

Octopus Kraken Watches offers a 2-year international warranty for all watches purchased on www.octopuskraken.com. The warranty is valid only if the warranty certificate is dated and correctly filled out.

Warranty Coverage:

- If a watch cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement of similar value. The new watch's warranty will be valid for 24 months from the date of replacement.



Non-Warranty Cases:

- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.

- Lost or stolen items.

- Items outside the warranty period.

- Normal wear and tear.

- Issues unrelated to quality.

- Free gifts or promotional items.

- Products repaired by a third party.

- Damage caused by external factors or misuse (e.g., drops, extreme temperatures, improper handling).

- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.


Warranty Claim Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@octopuskraken.com for instructions and a repair ticket number.

2. Do not send your watch without prior authorization. Our team will confirm if the item is eligible for warranty coverage and provide an estimated cost (if applicable).

3. Any watches sent without a valid repair ticket number will be considered invalid and returned to the sender without notice.
