Shipping Methods

We offer two primary shipping options:

1. FedEx Priority Express: Fast and reliable international shipping.

2. Registered Airmail: A cost-effective option for standard delivery.

Global Free Shipping

Octopus Kraken Watches provides free shipping to the following countries and regions:

- Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Belgium, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Portugal.

- Oceania: New Zealand.

- Asia: South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Israel, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong (China).

Partial Shipping Fees

For orders shipped to the following countries or regions, a small logistics fee of $1–$10 will apply, depending on the destination:

- Americas: United States, Canada.

- Europe: Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Switzerland

- Oceania: Australia.

- Middle East: Saudi Arabia.

For countries and regions not listed above, shipping fees will vary based on distance. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.

Remote Areas and Restricted Regions

Some areas within the above countries or regions may be considered remote by our logistics partners and may not be serviceable. If your delivery address falls within a remote area or is otherwise unserviceable, we will contact you promptly at info@octopuskraken.com to discuss solutions.

Restricted Countries: Due to local regulations, we do not ship to Iran, Nigeria, Afghanistan, or other restricted regions. Additionally, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), conflict zones, or unsafe territories.

FedEx Shipping Option

If you prefer faster delivery, you can select FedEx Priority Express during checkout. FedEx shipping fees are dynamically adjusted and will be displayed at checkout. If FedEx cannot service your address, we will contact you at info@octopuskraken.com to explore alternatives.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees

1. Website Prices: Prices displayed on our website are in USD and do not include import duties, VAT, or other taxes.

2. Import Fees: Some countries may charge import duties, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. VAT Collection Service: For orders shipped to the following countries, we offer VAT collection and payment services. VAT will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and you will not need to pay VAT again upon delivery:

- Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Ireland, Portugal, Greece, Latvia, Estonia, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, Japan.

4. US Tariff Policy: Due to changes in US tariff policies in February 2025, all orders shipped to the United States are required to prepay duties at checkout, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Customs Clearance

Customs policies vary by country. If additional information or documentation is required for clearance, our customer service team will contact you at info@octopuskraken.com. It is the responsibility of the recipient to provide the necessary details and complete customs procedures promptly.

Note: If a package is refused due to failure to complete customs clearance or pay duties/taxes, related fees will not be refunded.

Delivery Times

- Standard Shipping (Free Shipping): 8–28 business days, depending on the destination.

- FedEx Priority Express: 4–15 business days.

Important: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by local logistics efficiency, flight delays, customs delays, or unforeseen events. While we actively monitor shipments, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

If you have not received your order within 30 days, please contact us at info@octopuskraken.com. We will work with the logistics provider to track your package and provide updates.

Order Processing and Shipment

- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

- Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays.

- Processing time is typically 2–3 business days but may be extended during peak periods.

- If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment.

Order Cancellation and Returns

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable for shipment, our customer service team will contact you at info@octopuskraken.com to discuss cancellation and refund options.

Additional Information

1. Refusal of Delivery: Any costs incurred due to customer refusal, return shipping, or import duties will be the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Address Changes: Address changes cannot be made after an order has been shipped. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, related fees will not be refunded.

3. Pre-Sale and Custom Items: Delivery times for pre-sale or custom items may vary. Our team will notify you of the expected timeline.

4. Peak Periods: During high-demand periods, delivery times may be extended.
